What Blue Flame Media is
Blue Flame Media provides video hosting, a marketing video player, embeds, analytics and related tools. Video files are stored on Bunny.net infrastructure - either an account we provide as part of your plan, or your own Bunny.net account if you bring your own key. These terms are the agreement between you and Blue Flame Media for the website, the app and everything in it. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
You must be 18 or older, or have the authority of the business you are signing up for. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything that happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has your login.
Your videos stay yours
You keep full ownership of everything you upload or import. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, encode, transcode, caption on your instruction, deliver and display your videos so the service can work. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account. You must have the right to host and show every video you put in, and you must not upload unlawful content or other people's copyrighted work.
Videos you bring in from a link
Blue Flame Media can import a video from a YouTube page, a Vimeo page, a page on your own website, or a direct file link. That tool is for your own content only. Each time you press import you confirm you own the video or have permission to use it, that you have kept to the terms of the site it came from, and that you accept these terms and our acceptable use policy. YouTube never releases the underlying file, so YouTube links are filed in your library and play through YouTube's own player - nothing is copied or re-hosted. If a video is imported without the right to use it, that is the responsibility of the person who imported it, and we will remove it on a valid complaint.
Sharing and public embeds
You choose whether a video is private, shared by link, or publicly embeddable, and whether likes, view counts and social sharing are switched on. Anything you make public or share by link can be viewed, embedded and passed on by other people, and search engines may index it. Set the video back to private to stop that; copies already taken by others are outside our control.
Plans, prices and payment
Plan prices are shown before you pay and are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Yearly plans are billed as ten months for twelve months of use. Storage and delivery above your plan allowance are charged at the published overage rate, shown in your dashboard before it is billed. Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or similar charge that applies where you are. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days notice; your current period is never re-priced mid-term.
Subtitles and transcription credits
Automatic subtitles and transcription are credit-based and are never run automatically. Transcription costs $0.20 per minute of audio, rounded up to the next whole minute, and only starts on a video after you explicitly approve that video. Credits are prepaid, are consumed as work completes, are not refundable once used, and expire 24 months after purchase. Bulk transcription shows an estimated cost and requires a separate approval before anything runs. Machine transcription is not perfect and is provided as-is; check any caption you rely on for accessibility or legal compliance.
Refunds
New accounts get 30 days: if the service is not working for you, email us and we refund the plan fee you paid us, once per account. If you cancel a yearly plan later, we refund the whole unused months. Refunds cover our plan fee only - they do not cover transcription credits already used, delivery you have already consumed, or any amount you owe Bunny.net directly on your own key. Add-ons follow the same rule.
Cancelling and closing your account
You can cancel at any time from your billing screen; the service continues to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops. You can export your videos and data at any time, and we strongly recommend you do before closing an account. After closure we may delete your content and data after 30 days. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other members at risk - we will tell you why where we lawfully can.
Third-party services
The service depends on third parties including Bunny.net for storage, encoding, delivery and transcription, and a payment processor for billing. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes, decisions or account actions. If you use your own Bunny.net key, that account is your contract with Bunny, billed by Bunny, and entirely under your control - including any charge they raise. We are not affiliated with Bunny.net, Vimeo, YouTube or Stripe.
Availability, backups and changes to the service
We work hard on reliability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may carry out maintenance, change features, or retire features that do not work. Keep your own master copies of anything important: the copies here are working copies, not a backup service. If we ever have to stop the service altogether, we will give at least 60 days notice where we can, keep exports available during that period so you can take every file and every embed target with you, and refund the unused portion of any plan you have prepaid. That refund is the full extent of what we owe you if the service ends.
No guarantees of results
Blue Flame Media is a tool. Nothing on our site, in our copy, in examples, calculators or estimates is a promise of revenue, conversion rate, cost saving, ranking or any other result. Cost comparisons and calculators are illustrations based on figures you enter and published third-party rates, and are not quotes.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
As far as the law allows, the service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, however caused. Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or 50 US dollars if that is greater. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You cover us for what you upload
You agree to indemnify and hold Blue Flame Media, its owner and its suppliers harmless against any claim, demand, loss, damages, fine or reasonable legal cost arising from your content, your use of the service, your public shares and embeds, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content hosted here infringes your copyright, contact us through the contact page with the URL, a description of the work, your contact details and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We remove or disable valid claims promptly and repeat infringers lose their accounts. Full detail is on our copyright page.
Law, disputes and severability
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the mandatory consumer law of your own country gives you a right to your local courts. Please raise any problem with us by email first - most things are solved that way. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date below changes, and significant changes are flagged on the What's new page in the app and, for material changes, by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
