Common questions
- Can I sign in yet?
- Yes. Anyone can create an account from the Sign in button - email and password, or Google. The members area opens once you are signed in.
- Where are my videos stored?
- In your own Bunny.net storage and stream account, connected with your own keys in a later step. Blue Flame Media never holds your library hostage.
- Can I import videos I already have online?
- Yes - pasting a video URL to fetch it into your account is a core feature, wired in the Video Hosting Pipeline step.
- What does it cost?
- Everything is free while we build. Free, Pro and VIP tiers come with the billing step - see the Pricing page.
