Who owns what
Members keep full ownership of the videos they upload or import. Blue Flame Media claims no rights over member content beyond what is needed to store it, convert it and play it back where the member has chosen to show it.
If your work appears here without permission
Send us a notice through the contact page and we will act on it. Include the address of the video on this site, a description of the work you own, proof of your ownership or authority to act, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
What we do next
We remove or hide the video while we look into it, and tell the member who posted it what has been claimed and by whom. Where the claim is clear, the content stays down. Where the member disputes it, we pass their reply back to you and the two of you settle it - we are the host, not the judge.
Repeat infringers
An account with repeated upheld complaints against it is suspended, and its imports are switched off. We keep a record of notices for this purpose.
False claims
A notice made in bad faith to silence a competitor or take down content you do not own may make you liable for the other side's costs. Please be sure before you send one.
Videos brought in from other platforms
Our import tools are for your own content. If somebody has imported your video from YouTube, Vimeo or elsewhere without permission, this page is the right route and the same process applies.
